Admission Process / Pre-requisite Requirements
All of the following must be completed prior to enrollment:
- All required forms, applications, and interview processes must be completed.
- No high school diploma or GED required. Must be able to read at a 6-8th grad. level
- Signed payment agreement, payment arrangements
- Questionnaire and Health Checklist ( Recent Physical exam)
- Background check/Police clearance
- Health Examination. TB skin test performed on site or done by Students healthcare Provider.
- Assignment to Support Instructor
Pre-requisite Requirements for Enrollment
- Must be at least 18 years of age. (17 years with parent / guardian consent)
- Must be able to read and write.
- Must be able to lift, bend and stoop.
* Credit is not allowed for previous education, training or experience totest out of any portion of the program
