Honorary: Jennifer Moore, RN; and Angelina Gallant, RN, M.Ed. and Gwendolyn Endres RN, They had a vision to address the shortages within the healthcare community, as well as, make a positive impact with the problem of increasing unemployment within the City of Detroit Metropolitan areas. Their solution provides Training and Tutorial services for Nursing Aides thus enabling employability for those completing the course. These officers have a combined total of over one hundred (100) years of nursing experience. All officers have completed training enabling them to perform as primary instructors at Genanscot Services. This includes completion of the State of Michigan's “Train the Trainer” workshop for the Nurse Assistant. The Primary Instructor will teach all lecture, laboratory, and clinicals, as indicated on the Hour Allocation Chart. The Delegated Instructor will assist in class, laboratory, and clinical teaching when ratios exceed guidelines for at least 50% of lecture and laboratory time, 100% of clinical time and will supervise Delegated Instructors.
